My Grandad *finally* got me a trunk for university! I've only been asking since before my bday! so its finally here, and its cool. im gana use it for DVD storage/jewellry, so its a bit of a deterrent for thieves/etc, cos it has locks on it. i dont really fancy being robbed, so I'm glad I invested in that. :) erm, apart from that: I'm going away on the 17th now, so thats good :) I cant wait! all the hype is definitely worth it! I just have to pray my student loan is here in time, lol! I've started packing (some may say its a bit early (!) ) but its cos my aunt is taking me this time around (the grandparents arent up to the ride) and she has a TINY car, so i have to see whether it all fits in her car first time round otherwise im going to have to do two runs, which is irritating but not that bad! :P Im going on hols soon as well :P if you can call camping a holiday! :P well, its just a simple thing to take the monotony off a bit...thats the week before I go basically! im dying my hair PERMANENT red, methinks :P cos i think it suits me and its a really pretty colour anyways :P

HAHAHA!!! Today was amusant!! i rang into work sick, blagging an illness cos i couldnt be arsed to go in. i rang at 6.50 am as chlo had recommended so that i wouldnt have to speak to anybody 'weird' so-to-speak. my plan did not go as planned, however, and i had to talk to nigel, which was a lil strange. basically i just said i had been sick most of the night, and couldnt come in, and he was quite curt and then said 'okay, ring tomorrow if you're still unable to come in', and that was it!!
i thought i had a driving lesson on today, but it was just me being a fool and mixing up times and dates, but im sure that she said that it was on wednesday and wrote it on a piece of card. meh. ive got one on friday anyway so thats cool! :)
i then went to the orthodontist who was slightly pissed off that i had also confused her dates, and times, and apparently i was meant to come in yester afternoon, but i obviouly forgot that anyway....

today was cool. i had a 7-4 shift, which went in no time at all and i handed in my notice, and you should have seen the look on my manager's face..it was sooo awesome-i wish id had a camera! she was totally cheesed off! well cool tbh! now i have lots of time to doss around as of this saturday, plus i can have unlimited driving lessons before my test!! WAHOOOOO!!
cant wait til uni happens. was talking with anna (this lovely girl who was in the year below me at school, and now works in the restaurant at waitrose) about results and what grades she thinks she got...results, man: SCARY!! i remember that, how those were the days.. *reminisces* awwww... id like to take this moment to wish EVERYONE getting results this year, particularly mike, anna, becky, david, fiona, andy and steve the best of luck!!!! dont stress, and im sure it will be just FINE!! lol.

Ho hum. life isgood :) life is normal: thats what matters :) ive had a really cool/strange couple of weeks...there was the whole dad thing happening, which believe me, is AMAZING! but its still unfamiliar territory to me, and its still fresh. but we are having a laugh :) he is sooo different to what my mum was originally advertising. he is catholic, works in a really steady, good job, organising publicity events in sherborne, has his own advertisement company, and is running for the town council elections on monday. its soo amazing and im really happy about it all :) ive learnt a bit about my two sisters as well, and apparently, they want to meet me and mike, and we're dying to meet them. olivia, the youngest seems just like i was at her age, and erin, seems different to what i was like, but still *ever* so sweet! they just really all rock my socks! still getting used to the fact that dad has changed his name a bit though. lol. but its more amusing more than anything else!! and i love him to pieces now...i always did, its just i never had the opportunity to think about it if you see what i mean.
sooo other things in my life.. mum is moving at the moment...she's relocating to tewksbury, which is cool cos it means we will have an awesome new place to explore :P (not that ive never been there before, but it just makes a change from cheltenham...i prefer tewksbury, and bless andrew at work (this elderly chap who works on my counter and i think is *the* sweetest person ive ever met!) said he goes through where mum is moving to regularly, and would be happy to give me lifts on the way back from work and stuff so thats cool :) not that id probably accept them, but its sweet to know that he is offering :)
erm, what else... work is steady. its not amazing, but i think thats because ive done the job so much now, and its getting a bit trite. still the people there are cool :) and thats always a plus. im leaving on the 3rd or so of september, i think. my course starts on the 26th, but i can move in on the 18th, and ive got to go camping with stella/meet dad and olivia and erin and their mum before i go to bradford, so therse still lots to be done! i cant wait though! im still hopping about it! but people cant believe i turned a place from reading down in favour of one in bradford :P lol... i have my (second) driving test coming up soon so thats nerve racking, hope i pass this time though *fingers crossed* i think i may be able to anyway, cos i have a wayyyy better instructor this time round, and im feeling more confident generally :) i bought season two of the oc on monday, and me and mike are getting round to watching it all...its slow progress when you're at work all day every day lol! but thats really cool! anyways, must dash, summer needs feeding (Again, obese bunny dammit!) and bonnie is wailing for sympathy at her operation/attention/blagging a free trip to harass summer, so i have to go...lol! |

i thought id do a random update because no fucker can rbing me down at the moment, i am literally THAT happy. my father has found me! he found ME! he rang me up at work and said that he had been looking for me for 3 years and found one of my blogs and saw that i worked at waitrose and rang them up! he wants us t omeet up and for me to see my sisters...im soo fuckign happy i cant stop bouncing! its cos ive been half shocked/dazed all day since it happened! ive just emailed him and im waitin on a reply! but i am sooo happy...life REALLY seems to be on the up! today i love everyone and i hope that everyone is okay...this was brought to you from 'happily bouncing off the ceiling and not thinking of coming down soon.inc' xxx |
